Yes, we hold a valid Melbourne City Council Mobile Food Business Licence, and we can provide a copy on request. Our licence also allows us to trade in other council areas across Victoria. Additionally, we are fully accredited under the relevant food safety standards.

In most cases, we need to park on privately owned land with the landowner’s permission. In some locations, we may be able to park and serve on the roadside if it’s safe, but please check with us beforehand.

Yes! The majority of our gelato flavours are gluten-free, and any that do contain gluten are clearly indicated on self ordering kiosk menu on the van.

All our sorbets are gluten- and dairy-free, and completely vegan-friendly. At public events, we always make sure to have at least one sorbet flavour available on board.

Our Gelato and sorbet are stored the authentic Italian way in a Pozzetti cabinet with gorgeous chrome carapine domed lids to keep them perfectly fresh. Compared to regular glass display cabinets, this setup offers better temperature control, keeps the Gelato from drying out or forming ice crystals, protects it from dust and debris, and adds a beautiful, traditional Italian presentation.

Absolutely! We’re happy to work with you to create a custom menu from our range of Gelato and Sorbet. Some flavours do require advance notice and have a minimum order, and please keep in mind that the van can carry up to eight flavours at a time.
